PEGO Sports Limited has officially announced the launch of The OZON League, a premier football competition set to kick off in 2025. The league will bring together 10 football teams representing Zambia’s 10 provinces, providing a platform for talented players across the country to showcase their skills at a national level.
League Structure and Matches
The OZON League will feature teams from the following provinces:
Central Province
Copperbelt Province
Eastern Province
Luapula Province
Lusaka Province
Muchinga Province
Northern Province
North-Western Province
Southern Province
Western Province
All matches will be played in a single stadium in Lusaka, ensuring a competitive and highly organized tournament atmosphere.
Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for selection, players must meet the following criteria: ✔ Be 18 years or older✔ Have prior football playing experience✔ Possess relevant skills for the desired position✔ Have a solid understanding of football rules✔ Be physically fit✔ Demonstrate passion for the game✔ Exhibit discipline and respect
How to Apply
Interested players are required to submit a single document containing the following:
Cover Letter
CV
Copy of NRC
Fitness Medical Report (from a reputable medical facility)
Additionally, if available, applicants should attach a Football Highlights Reel in mp4 format (max 20MB size).
