With the World Cup Qualifiers in November approaching, Chipolopolo have arranged International friendlies which can help the technical bench in quite a number of ways.
These friendlies can help in trying to assess how the team performs against an opponent with a similar style of play for example North African teams have a certain style of play so it would be of utmost importance to play a team from that region like Egypt as it has been arranged looking at the opponent we have in the group of the Qualifiers Morocco. This helps so much in assessing possible threats that can be posed the opponents with such a playing style and how such threats can be avoided. It can also help in identifying problem and weaknesses that Chipolopolo might face and once such are noted the technical bench can work on that and also by looking at the caliber of players they have, the technical bench can find the best approach for such an opponent.
Friendlies of this kind can also help in trying out players who usually start on bench and have little or no game time when called for international duty. If these friendlies are well utilized they can also help in preparing the team adequately for the coming qualifiers which could be a success looking at how the team has performed of late. The team is in good spirit.
All the best Chipolopolo!!!!!
